中国城市交通图像数据集(CCTRIB)
本期开放道路拥堵状态识别数据集，开放的数据发布在OpenITS官方网站（http://www.openits.cn/），可供所有人免费下载使用，这些数据仅限用于非商业用途，且基于开放数据的研究成果必须标注数据由OpenITS提供。
1. 数据内容
中国城市交通图像数据集（Chinese City Traffic Image Database，CCTRIB）是用于道路拥堵状态识别的图像数据集。
CCTRIB的图像来自多个城市重点道路监控摄像头拍摄的交通视频，包括高速路，城市道路和快速路的监控视频。视频采集频率为每500 帧采集一张，各重点道路采集的视频包括了光照变化、天气变化和不同成像尺度等多种情况。
数据集共有9200张图片，包含了4600张交通拥堵图像和4600张非拥堵交通图像，整体分布如图1所示，场景示例如图2所示。拥堵图像包含晴天条件下白天图像1160张、夜晚图像870张，阴天条件下白天图像970张、夜晚图像800张，雨雾天气条件下白天图片390张、夜晚410张。非拥堵图像包含晴天条件下白天图像940张、夜晚图像1160张，阴天条件下白天图像890张、夜晚图像890张，雨雾天气条件下白天图片390张、夜晚330张。图片分辨率在480*320 到1920*1080 像素之间，可用于道路拥堵检测算法的训练测试。
2. 数据文件
数据目录包含6个压缩包，两个txt文件：

3. 数据文件描述
CCTRIB.z0x: 压缩分卷文件。
CCTRIB.zip：由该文件进行解压缩。
train.txt：训练集文件标签，包含4列信息，分别对应：文件名称、时间（白天、夜晚）、环境（晴天、阴天、雨雾等）以及拥堵状态（拥堵、非拥堵）。
test.txt：测试集文件标签，格式与train.txt相同。
CCTRIB (Chinese City Traffic Image Database)
1. Dataset description
CCTRIB is an image dataset used for road congestion status identification.
The images are collected from traffic videos taken by surveillance cameras, and the types of scenes including freeway, urban roads and express way. Images are collected every 500 frames from these videos. The dataset includes different environmental conditions such as illumination variation, different weathers, and different imaging scale.
There are 9,200 images in the database, including 4,600 congested images and 4,600 non -congested traffic images. The overall distribution of the dataset is shown in Fig.1, and examples of the scene is shown in Fig.2. The congested images include 1160 daytime images and 870 night images under sunny conditions, 970 daytime images and 800 night images under cloudy condition, 390 daytime images and 410 night images under the rain and mist weather. The non -congested images include 940 daytime images and 1160 night images under sunny conditions, 890 daytime images and 890 night images under cloudy conditions, 390 daytime images and 330 night images under the rain and fog weather conditions. The size of image is between 480*320 and 1920*1080. This dataset can be used to train and test the congestion detection algorithms.

3. Data file description
CCTRIB.z0x: Compress the volume file.
CCTRIB.zip: Decompress by this file.
train.txt: Training set file tag, including four columns of information, respectively corresponding to: file name, time (day, night), environment (sunny, cloudy, rainy, fog, etc.) and congestion status (congestion, non-congestion).
test.txt: the test set file label. The format is the same as train.txt.
